One of the best decisions in my life to engage Goldleaf Landscapes for my outdoor. Alex was completely transparent and honest right from the beginning. He figured out what my property needed even before I could explain it to him. He promised me three things - 1. Project will be completed within the agreed timeline. 2. Every penny will be spent only on what it was meant for and 3. Quality will not be compromised. He upheld everyone of the above. Finished the project a week earlier than agreed. I can't recommend Gold Leaf Landscapes highly enough. Working with Alex and his team on our front yard project was an absolute pleasure. We chose them because Alex’s genuine enthusiasm for transforming our space was clear from the start. Among various quotes I received, their approach and professionalism resonated with me the most, and I'm so happy that I made that choice. They undertook a comprehensive transformation of both my front and backyard areas, including constructing a 20m retaining wall, establishing garden beds, erecting a pergola, over 50sqm of decking and of course, planting greenery and new grass. We recently had our small yard landscaped and I love it!The team installed beautifully modern paving that really lifts the whole space, along with new garden lighting that looks great at night. They planted a mix of trees and plants that give the yard a fresh, natural feel, and laid down new turf that’s green and healthy.They also repaired our old fence, which now is not leveled and the side gate is now usable!Everything was done with care and attention to detail. Alex and the team at Gold Leaf was an absolute pleasure to work with.I was super happy with the outcome.Getting a design drawn to enable me to visualise the layout was important, what I liked was that Alex provided professional advice based on his experience and was transparent with the costing.I had very wet soil at the front of my yard due to lack of sun light, Alex and the team offered an affordable solution and factored in drainage which I wouldn't of considered.The entire process was smooth and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaper to uplift the value of their home or just make it that much more cost.

Gold Leaf Landscapes is really quality you can trust. We have contacted Gold Leaf, after another Landscaper messed up levels and our builder left us with incomplete rain water garden. From initial consultation Alex and Marko were soo helpful. They genuinely helped us in resolved the issues, they spoke to our Architect & Engineer, redesigned our backyard and on every-step, they were checking with engineer to make sure we have no issues with OC and completed all the paperwork.They have addressed all the issues at the same time they have maintained same level of passion in giving us good design and executing to perfection. In the absence of a word-of-mouth recommendation, we took the uncomfortable step of cold-calling Landscaping companies for our backyard re-design and renovation.We didn’t go into the process with high hopes having tried and failed to take on the backyard renovation tasks several times previously without success. Given the complexity and scope of the work needing to be done we had always fallen short of finding anyone willing or that we were comfortable with. We needed help not only with design and landscaping but also knew we would need building, electrical, tiling, painting, rendering, plumbing etc as part of our job.Off the back of positive web reviews, we approached Gold Leaf Landscapes and from the first meeting with Alex and Jarrod we were impressed with their insights, guidance and professionalism. Importantly for us we were immediately comfortable with the way in which both Alex and Jarrod talked us through our options in relation to design, material’s and pricing scope. Never a hard sell, just providing us with our options and giving us their guidance on where to get the best impact and value for money in context to our budget.Throughout the construction process Alex and his team kept us up to date with the progress of the job and anything relevant that required our input. Outside of that, Alex managed everything.The Gold Leaf team of trades were not only meticulous and thorough but also respectful and always going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable with the progress of the job.The end result of the work that Alex and his team completed was simply amazing. It was beyond what we had imagined or hoped for and was done through a process that was as close to stress free as it could be. Gold Leaf Landscapes and Jarred Michael Projects have transformed a normal backyard to an absolute stunning beauty. Throughout the journey of the transformation, the team has kept me informed of every step and was very transparent on any potential cost. You can tell that Alex and Jarred are both very passionate about their jobs and take pride in their work and result.Starting from the designing phase, they translated their work ethic, professionalism and passion into actions. They spent at least 3 hours working through multiple changes and options with me just so I am satisfied with the final design. Whenever they see something that do not meet their desired quality, they will put in the extra hours without charges just to deliver the promise. That has resulted in them working some late hours into the nights and during weekends due to the underwhelming weather.Some of the examples where I must hat off and specifically call out are – After putting on the timber deck, we found out that the position of the deck may breach the termite barrier. The team has shown their upmost integrity in getting things right. As this is something we both wasn’t aware of until the termite inspector came, the team has decided to take the hit by spending a few days work to remove and putting them back. I am not proud of being the cheapskate who doesn’t pay for that extra hour since it should also be my responsibility to understand the terminate barrier requirement (and not just the landscaper), but that just showed how much integrity and understanding the team was. Other than that, if Alex couldn’t make it to the side during the day, he will come by at least at some key milestone to check if the quality meets its company commitment – the quality you can trust. I remember there were a few nights, where some of the things may not live up to the company’s quality (which apparently higher than mine), Alex was touching up those bits and pieces in the dark with only the lights from the phone. There are many more examples that I can think of, but these are just some that I think I should kudos to.I will 100% look for them again if I have any other landscape project, or any friends who are interested in transforming their backyard. You may find some other teams or companies who can show you how big their projects in the past, but I believe you can’t find someone who can deliver with such passion, integrity, and high quality.

Alex enthusiastically and pro-actively would up-sell us on value-adding opportunities, to further improve our front and backyards. Alex’s continually proved his integrity by prioritising a high quality and timely renovation over making a quick dollar. Gold Leaf Landscapes also committed to ensuring our existing and new costs were warranted and keeping to our budget as closely as possible.We, along with all our family and friends, are overwhelmed are the results of our amazing front and backyards, thanks to Gold Leaf Landscapes.Alex regularly keeps in touch both via the telephone and scheduled visits, to check on our yards, to ensure we are continually satisfied, and to also provide us free maintenance tips and further design advice.
